    We set up the infrastructure for how the program will be delivered, whether live, online, self-paced or a combination of all three. We work with you to determine which delivery method will work best for your cohort and your budget. We believe in pre-program work to prepare learners, and post program work to reinforce the material and ensure it is integrated into the workplace. Our goal is that you have feedback and data on the efficacy of employee and client development programs.

    We work with your internal team to manage the marketing of your program, as well as the scheduling, registration, and follow up activities.

  • Program Follow-Up and Integration

    A goal for RAD Consulting is follow up with clients to ensure retention and integration of new knowledge.
